10 Reasons to Say NO to McGreevey's
Suburban Income Tax
- Three percent (3%) of taxpayers pay 43% of New Jersey's state income tax. How much more can Democrats squeeze out of them?
- Another broken promise.
- The Democrats answer to New Jersey's high property taxes is ... raise
Suburban Income Taxes.
- The Suburban Income Tax increase is just another reason for businesses not to move into New Jersey or worse, move out and take jobs with them.
- According to common cause, banning Pay to Play will save taxpayers $2 billion. That's a better way of funding property tax relief.
- New Jersey is already overtaxed. Our problem is we spend too much, not that we are not taxed enough.
- Income predictions have increased by $400 million since the Governor introduced the budget. In addition, there is a $400 million surplus built into the budget. Why is this administration so set on increasing the Suburban Income Tax?
- The Democrats Suburban Income Tax is just another excuse to raise taxes, any taxes.
- How can McGreevey advertise (using $20 million in taxpayers dollars) New Jersey as a business :Friendly state? The Suburban Income Tax comes on top of the state's massive business tax and increased "Death Tax."
- The Budget has gone up by $5 billion in three years. This year alone, the budget will have a 10% increase in spending. Democrats do not need to find new ways to raise taxes, JUST STOP SPENDING!
