Why is it when you click on the link, then click on the but-ton bar to the left which reads "Fox News WNYW" the second photo to the left is a photo of Councilman Fulop, but directly under his photo is the caption "Breast Feeding?"

Fulop is the first Jersey City Councilman in History to be inducted into the Hall of Shame!
