: CONGRESSMAN DENNIS KUCINICH ENDORSES JOE VAS FOR CONGRESS 

: ELIZABETH - At a rally of over 100 supporters, 5 term Ohio Congressman and 2004 Democratic Presidential Candidate Dennis Kucinich endorsed Joe Vas for Congress in the open 13th District. 

: "We need a congressman who is a real Democrat. We need a congressman that will fight to end the war in Iraq. We need a congressman that will not support drilling in Alaska. We need Joe Vas," stated Kucinich to a crowd of over 100 supporters. 

: Also attending the event included Elizabeth Councilman Bob Jaspan, Bayonne Councilman-at-large Anthony Chiappone and Elizabeth School Board President Rafael J. Fajardo. 

: Kucinich is urging all District 13 Democrats to support Vas on June 6th.
