HCDO blames the educated Black voters for this change in poll numbers.Call on Corzine for more Money to buy the Uneducated who are still out there in jersey City.The price of a bought vote has gone up to $200.00 a vote.Ts he big question is will it reach the voters or will the runners kept it for themselves. That is the big question.
