I am very curious, as a JC resident, what exactly is going to be done about all the crime in this city??? I'm not putting the blame on anyone in particular, but there's no denying it: the city is getting more and more dangerous. Are they going to do anything about this?? I very rarely see police in my neighborhood...which is one of the better neighborhoods, but I see the changes.
Is there a plan in action?
