: The CLOCK is fastly going back for African-Americans...Something Must be done!

: This note was a promise that all Africian-Americans in Jersey City would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and equal opportunity. It is obvious today the City Hall has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, City Hall has given the African Americans a BAD CHECK which has come back marked "Insufficient Funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to beleive that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this City. I have a dream that one day this city will rise up and live out the true meaning of its nation's creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal." We cannot walk alone! And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back.

: Come out residents, together we will make a difference!

: Call your City Council Members and the Mayor to Stop the Tax Increase! VOTE NO! The GOlD COAST WATERFRONT CAN HANDLE THE BILL ALONE! It's a drop in the buck for them! Why should the residents have to pay! CITY HALL HAS GONE BOTTLE UP!
