Rather than bring others down why don't you bring yourself up to the Deputy Mayor's level of quality work and professionalism. Really, you'll feel better about yourselves in doing good work and actually "earning" your paychecks. Everyone should use their talents rather than complain about others. It will make you less bitter and feel like part of the team. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Jersey City. Let's make it a good one and work together. PLEASE!!!
