: : As I was not subpoenaed, I had no involvement with any investigation.  I didn't even know that there was an active investigation.

: The officer is the captain who brought the police reports you posted on this page. I don’t know the specific departmental charges or the exact date of the hearing, but he was demoted to the rank of Lt. In addition to the departmental issues, there is talk of a criminal investigation based on the statements a cooperating witness.  I will give you more information as I receive it.
