If you want to post claiming that someone was involved with a crime you must first send me hardcopies of the proof. This can be photocopies of newspaper articles, court records, or similar public documents,

You can't just post saying that it was in a newspaper back in the '80s. You need to go to the library, ask for the microfiche, find the article, and send me a photocopy.

Once I get the copy of the newspaper article or the public record, I'll post the document or an abstract Online. Then, the topic is open for discussion at the Board.
