: You can't just post saying that it was in a newspaper back in the '80s.  You need to go to the library, ask for the microfiche, find the article, and send me a photocopy.

: Once I get the copy of the newspaper article or the public record, I'll post the document or an abstract Online.  Then, the topic is open for discussion at the Board.
