I recall earlier this year when a company CSC Coupon closed in Ward E and then Candidate Fluop ripped my Councilman apart for not being able to foresee this and for not having his ear to the ground and vowed he would have his ear to the ground and would not get caught by surprise. Well what does he have to say about the moving of the ACIPA from the waterfront to NC. Why didn't he stop them, why doesn't he have anything to say now?
