: The councilman is just trying to get some "favors" from the HCDO and other political people. He has no money or organization outside of Ward E in order to make a viable run he need to raise tons of money and he doesn't have the support.
: He will get what he wants for who he wants by pulling this bluff off.

: : The jersey journel reported today that Ward E councilmen Steve Fulop will once agian run for Congress.The thinking is that the two hispanic candadate's will split their voter's and Fulop will garner the white and black vote.
