:  Here is an administration that doesn't have the guts to stand up to the Tawill family  - preferring instead to allow them dictate what will happen to the Square, and on THEIR timetable.  They still haven't taken down the Christmas lights from LAST YEAR!

: Central Avenue and the Heights is a rundown sad excuse with more vacant storefronts and shabby 99 cent stores clinging to life.  The crime rate continues to escalate, while the Mayor and his inept staff party like its 1999.
