Holds press conference and public signing of A3310, allocating new funding to the New Jersey State Police. The State Police Museum at State Police Division Headquarters on River Road (Route 175) between Interstate 95 and West Upper Ferry Road, West Trenton.

3 p.m.
Swears in Leo P. McGuire as new Bergen County Sheriff. On the northern steps of the Bergen County Justice Center, 10 Main Street, Hackensack.
